I have been selected as a Finalist in the Threadneedle Prize 2011!

The £25,000 Threadneedle Prize is the UK’s leading showcase for paintings and sculptures that promote the practice of representational art, but challenge its language and assumptions. The Prize encourages both experienced and emerging artists to submit fresh and intriguing works that are strong and topical observations on the world. With over £40,000 of prize money to be won, The Threadneedle Prize is one of the largest prizes for a single work of art in the UK. 'an alternative to the Turner Prize' - Daily Telegraph

Exhibition runs from: 22 September - 8 October 2011 10am - 5pm Mall Galleries, The Mall, London SW1.

Moreover: The Slade revisits UCL Art Collections

11th April - 17th June 2011, Monday - Friday 1 - 5pm

While a new generation of Slade students strive to create new work, just 100 yards away is a magnificent collection of art by Slade alumni, as well as revered Old Masters. The annual Slade/Strang collaboration is an invitation to today’s artists to develop their own practices using contemporary media and modes of thinking, while taking time to appreciate what has gone before. This exhibition showcases the exciting results.
